I have been working on Designs 2.0, which will be called “Styles: the Sliding Scale of Anthropomorphism,” ever since the poll that ended on June 2nd little by little with my other projects. It will be an interactive guide that goes over the styles that I can draw animals in for commissions, requests, and gifts. There's also a part in which the user could change parts of a Catman from more human to more animal using sliders for the head, body, arms, and legs. Problem being, I have no idea how to code it. I'm stuck on that and need help. That was only my one of my problems.

Another problem is my laptop's batteries. My first battery wore down until it couldn't hold a charge for even 5 minutes. When I tried to change it for the last time, the light on the laptop that usually shows the battery is charging by showing a solid green light was flashing red rapidly when I plug it in and wouldn't charge at all. I thought it was only because the battery was old, so I bought a new battery and it charged. It was fine and dandy... until that battery displayed the same flashing red light after it was off for a few days and it had a 70% to 50% charge the day I turned it off. Soon hopefully I'll take it to a place to tell me what is going on.

Ever since the problem with my first battery and the frustration of not being able to find a tutorial for coding keyframes of an animation to a slider component using ActionScript 3.0 in Adobe Flash CS4, I have been playing WWE Day of Reckoning, Soul Caliber 3 & 4, and ATV Offroad Fury 2 to help me stay calm though out this mess...

Those are the reasons why I didn't update my gallery in a while.

June 2nd -Running the Last Mile-


My bro is graduating on the 6th and soon he will be free. I don't know that will slow me down or not when it comes to getting my deviations worked on. Ever since I been back on dA, I feel I am not working as fast as I did before. Hopefully, that will all change.

The Poll to decide which animal would be used in the remake of "Designs: The Art of Animals" is over and here are the results...
    In fifth place: A mouse/rat with 8%
    In forth place: A rabbit/hare with 11%
    In third place: A dog with 22%
    In second place: A lizard with 28%
    In first place and winner: A cat with 31%

I will be drawing a cat for Designs! Thank you to the 36 deviants who voted! This poll went better than the last one that had only 13...

Yes, it has been awhile. I have been having problems with my interactive chart thing for Designs 2.0. There's a part in which the user could change parts of a Catman from more human to more animal using sliders for the head, body, arms, and legs. One problem is I don't know how to code it to make it work. I'm stuck on that.

Also I had to get a new laptop battery because my old one couldn't hold a charge for 5 minutes. I was working on a random monster picture when that happened. Plus my brother had this [link] going on and my mom's computer crashed on the same day. After that, I didn't want to do anything computer related for a week. I've been playing video games instead...

Yeah, it has been one of those times...

wish I could help with the coding but sadly bud I have no idea :( soz sounds like you have had one thing to the next :( I know that feeling, I'm struggling finding time to put as much effort as I want into my pieces also finding that I seriously need to improve my skills badly but hopefully with time I'll get there.
