''What could have been...''

Full View, Please.

These are my newest and greatest fan-characters. They are clones of Shadow and Silver the Hedgehog made by Dr. Eggman to rule the world but they were made from incomplete structures of DNA. Eggman solved that problem by mixing them with the DNA from a tenrec and a mink, and called them Terios and Venice. They are 100,000,000 times stronger than the originals and can destroy a country in a sec... Do you really think I'm being serious?

I hope not. Anyway, the real description goes...

These are Shadow and Silver respecied (redesigned by changing the species of animal used) as the animals they were rumored to be before Sonic Team settled for hedgehogs and Terios and Venice were their prototype names while they were in development.

I couldn't find any prototype sketches for Terios so I just used Shadow as my base. He is a lowland streaked tenrec and the distinct species is crucial because tenrecs are widely diverse, resembling hedgehogs, shrews, opossums, mice and even otters. I drew Terios looking tougher due to how strong Shadow is. (Being able to flip a bus with one hand with no effort in his own game is no small feat for a 100 cm hedgehog.)

Venice, unlike Terios, had prototype artwork to work with. He is a mink and since minks are taxonomically similar to weasels, I used Nack to help a bit with his design. I used the first prototype design on the page for his front hair and a neater version of the second one for the back hair to replace his quills.
